Q: Can you confirm that only email submissions are required, and no hard copies are to be mailed or delivered?

       A: That is correct.  Only email submissions in PDF format will be accepted       

Q: Should proposals be emailed to both contacts listed in Section A? or is submission to one acceptable?

     A:  Per the BPA Cover letter, all submissions will be sent only to contracting@nmp.uscourts.gov

Q: Are electronic signatures acceptable on the proposal documents, or do any pages require a wet signature?

      A: Electronic signatures are accepted.  

Q: Is there a maximum file size required for the emailed proposal?

     A: PDF submission should be no larger than 150 MB; however, the offeror’s email system may have smaller limits.  It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify receipt of the proposal.  

Q: The file is too large to send via email.  Can the proposal be sent in multiple emails?

     A: yes, that is permissible.  Please number emails/attachments and verify receipt of all attachments.
