The United States District Court for the District of New Mexico is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services in the following areas:

The Request for Proposals and BPA Cover Letter can be found at:

www.nmpp.uscourts.gov (click the solicitations tabs).  You must download both the BPA Cover letter and the appropriate RFP for the desired catchment. If you are unable to download the documents or access the website, please notify contracts@nmp.uscourts.gov or 505-348-2728 and the RFP information directly to you.  Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) awarded from these solicitations will commence no earlier than October 1, 2026.

Please note, separate proposals must be submitted for mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
