The Solicitation Letter for each section contains important information, including deadlines for submission of proposals for each solicitation. Please ensure you read these carefully and note that proposal deadlines may be different for each solicitation.

Solicitation 1084-27-5000 - Sex Offense Treatment Services in Lea, Eddy, Chaves County, NM has been amended to add Local Need Requirements.  Please see attached for Amendment.   Please be advised, on the AO367 (section A of the RFP) for this solicitation only, you must fill out box 10 - Acknowledgement of Amendments - Amendment number 1, dated 7/2/2026. Failure to complete this section will result in proposal being rated Not Technically Acceptable.  If you have any questions, please submit in writing to contracting@nmp.uscourts.gov.
